Meditation at City Hall

Residents of San Francisco are meditating on the steps of City Hall on September 28th between 5-7pm to bring the energies of an open heart and calm mind to the challenges we face in the city. Through this atmosphere of friendliness we want to build understanding and commitment to address

the safety of our families and friends who have come from other countries and face forced deportation, the scarcity of housing for those living on low wages and how racism is sustained by state and police violence.

We want to integrate the caring that is alive inside of all of us into developing city policies that are expressions of equity and justice.  Mindfulness meditation is one of many tools that can help bring this about. Please join us.
